• Night Detention Will Be Charged For Outstation Trips If The Vehicle Is Used Between 00:00 Hrs To 03:00 Hrs

• If The Vehicle Is Used/Released After 03:00 Hrs Charges For The Next Day Will Be Applicable.

• Providing Refund And Support In The Event Of Cancellation. If Any Customer Pays The Booking Money

(In Advance) And Cancels The Trip Before 45 Minutes Of Booking, The Refund Will Be Made Online To Customers Within 8-10 Business Days. And If Any Credit Customers Cancel The Trip Before 45 Minutes Of Booking Then The Cancellation Charge Will Be Added.

• Parking Charges Extra (Where Applicable).

• The Sea Link Toll Charges Will Be Payable By Customer As Applicable, Only When Crossing The Toll Post.

• All Vehicles Registered With Booking Point Are Continuously Tracked Using Gps For Security Reasons Only.

• Booking Point Encourages All Its Customers To Take Full Responsibility For Their Items. In Case Of Lost Items Inside The Booking Point Cabs During The Journey, Booking Point Will Try To Locate The Items But Is Not Responsible For The Same In Case Of Loss Or Damage To The Same.

• Smoking Or Consuming Any Kind Of Intoxicants Inside The Taxi: The Driver Has The Right To Refuse The Pick-Up Or Ask The Customer To Alight The Cab If The Customer Is Found To Be In An Intoxicated State Or Is Found Misbehaving With Other Passengers Or The Driver.

• Asking The Driver To Break Any Traffic/Rto/City Police And/Or Government Rules For Any Purpose

(Especially Reaching The Destination Earlier): The Driver Has The Right To Refuse Such A Request By The Customer. The Driver Also Has The Right To Refuse Such A Pick-Up Or Ask Such Customer(S) To Alight The Cab.

• Pressurizing The Driver To Overload The Boot Space Of The Taxi With Luggage: The Customer Shall Not Be Allowed To Use The Seating Area Of The Taxi For Placing Any Kind Of Luggage.

• Asking The Driver To Board More Than 4 Adults In The Taxi: The Rules Under Which The Taxi Services Are Provided By The Company, Stipulate That A Maximum Of 4 Adult Passengers Shall Be Allowed Per Trip. Given This, The Customer Shall Not Pressurize The Driver To Allow More Than 4 Adult Passengers In The Taxi. The Driver Has The Right To Refuse Such A Pick-Up / Drop Or Ask Such Customer(S) To Alight The Cab.

• The Company, Is Entitled To Cancel/Terminate The Cab Bookings Done By A Particular Customer/Corporate Client, At The Time Of Natural Disaster With Or Without Prior Notice.

• We May Collect The Following Information From The Customer: Name, Job Title, And Contact Information Including Mobile Number, Office Phone Number, And Email Address For Internal Record Keeping. And May Use The Information To Improve Our Products And Services.

• We May Periodically Send Promotional Emails/Sms About New Services, Special Offers, Or Other Information That We Think You May Find Interesting Using The Email Address/Mobile Number You Have Provided.

• All Extra Services Will Be Charged Extra I.E Providing News Paper, Water Bottle, Etc.

• Check Identification Of The Driver

• Are There Changes In Your Trip Start Address? -- First Update The Pickup Address With The Booking Point For Safety And Security Reasons, Driver Is Unable To Start The Trip From A Location Other Than The One Provided In The Booking.

• Do Not Ride If The Vehicle Is Not Commercially Licensed (Yellow License Plate).

• Do Not Ride If The Vehicle And/Or Driver Information Do Not Match The Information Provided By The Booking Point.

• Booking Point Shall Not Be Responsible Or Liable In Any Manner If You Choose To Ride In A Vehicle That Is Not Commercially Licensed Or Ride With A Driver Or Vehicle Other Than The One That We Have Assigned To You.

• You May Ask The Driver For Identification To Ensure That You Are Riding With The Correct Driver. Drivers May Ask For Your Identification Too. Failure To Provide Identification Will Make Your Booking Subject To Cancellation At Your Cost.

• Provide The One-Time Password (Otp) To The Driver To Start The Trip.

• On-Journey Stops Or Waypoints Are Not Allowed Unless Part Of The Itinerary And Written In This Confirmation Email

• 30 Min Rest For Driver And/Or Change Of Vehicle For More Than 4 Hours Continuous Drive Is Customary. This Is To Ensure Safe Driving.

• Drivable Kms In Your Quote Are Estimates. You Will Be Billed For The Actual Distance Travelled. If You Have Not Provided The Exact Address Before Your Pickup The Booking Amount Is Estimated For Travel From City Center To City Center. The Actual Distance Travelled May Differ Based On Exact Addresses And/Or Itinerary.

• Driver May Not Agree To Any Changes To Route Or Itinerary. Any Changes, Additions Of Waypoints, Pick-Up Points, Drop Points, Halts, Destination Cities Or Sightseeing Spots Are Absolutely Not Authorized Unless They Are Added To Your Itinerary And Confirmed In Writing Through A Booking Confirmation Email. Changes To The Itinerary May Lead To Price Changes.
